Cordless Dog Clippers: HEAPETS P326 or P327Gold?

Choose the tools you need

For a grooming routine you have learned, compare the HEAPETS P326 if you want a main clipper plus a smaller paw trimmer and nail-grinding attachment. Investigate the P327Gold if you want a main clipper with USB charging and a published seller runtime claim. Both are rechargeable and include six guards from 3 to 18 mm.

Cordless handling removes the cable from the task. It still leaves you with charging, blade maintenance, and the question of whether the tool fits the dog’s coat. These recommendations come from listing details and buyer accounts; we have not tested either model.

Compare the kit and charging plan

Consideration P326 Black-white P327Gold
Extra tool Smaller paw trimmer with nail-grinding attachment No separate paw-trimmer unit described
Cutting head Seller lists stainless fixed and ceramic moving blades Seller lists a ceramic blade
Runtime No figure in the seller bullets Seller states about 180 minutes of use
Charging Rechargeable battery Seller states a three-hour charge through USB

Treat the P327’s 180 minutes as an advertised figure. We have no controlled measurement under cutting load, and it cannot predict the time available on your dog’s coat. For the P326, customer reports of a full haircut on one charge give context but cannot establish a standard runtime.

The listing details we checked do not confirm operation while charging. Read the exact model’s manual before planning to use a cable as backup. Confirm compatible replacement heads too; a head that detaches for cleaning is not automatically compatible with another brand’s blade system.

What exact-variant buyers liked

James Bryant’s August 5, 2026 review reports good results with the P326 on two poodle-terrier mixes, including one with a thick, wavy coat. He also praises the charge duration, without stating a measured runtime.

Another P326 buyer, Kate F. on September 22, 2026, likes the main clippers and frequently uses the smaller trimmer. Her four-star review says the grinder removes little nail material and works slowly.

For the P327 Gold variant, Allison Restin’s August 27, 2026 review praises quieter operation, adjustable length, and the freedom to work without an outlet nearby. Suzanne Rodgers, August 16, 2026, reports a comfortable hand weight while clipping her Maltipoo. She had used the tool twice when writing the review, so that account provides little evidence about durability.

Amazon marked these reviews as verified purchases for the Black-white P326 or Gold P327 variants. They are selected examples and cannot represent all customers. We have no measured comparison of their noise, battery life, or cutting performance.

Keep the coat warning in the decision

Both listings warn that long, thick hair can jam the clippers unless it is shortened first. Have a trained groomer decide how to prepare the coat. Seller noise claims also cannot predict an individual dog’s reaction.

The AKC recommends clipping training before home grooming. If the dog has tight mats, pain, or irritated skin, arrange a professional assessment. The matted-hair guide explains why a favorable review cannot clear a particular coat for clipping.

What to skip and what to check

Skip the P326’s extra tools if you already have suitable equipment or have not learned the tasks they require. For either kit, ask about replacement blades and guards before ordering. A ceramic blade still needs the maintenance specified in its manual.

The P327 bullets describe its detachable blade as washable. They do not establish that the whole clipper can be submerged. Follow the manual for the removable part and keep the body out of an improvised washing routine.

Questions before buying

Question Buying answer
Which model has a confirmed runtime? The P327 has a seller claim of about 180 minutes after a three-hour charge. We have not confirmed that through testing. The P326 seller bullets give no runtime figure.
Does the P326 grinder make it the better kit? It adds another tool. Kate F.’s favorable review also says the grinder works slowly and removes little material. Choose the kit according to the tasks you need and have learned.
Does a quiet listing mean my dog will stay calm? Seller noise figures and buyer impressions cannot predict that reaction. Training and the dog’s tolerance still affect whether home clipping is appropriate.

Check the selected Black-white P326 or Gold P327 ASIN, the guard sizes in the delivered box, and the model’s charging instructions before planning a session.
